Information on the rights and on processing of personal data of the website visitor

The website visitor herewith acknowledged that the company Xella CZ, s.r.o., registered address: Vodní 550, 664 62 Hrušovany u Brna, Company ID number: 64832988, (the “Administrator”) is entitled according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the "GDPR") to process the websites visitor´s personal data as he/she filled them out in this form to receive information concerning the student competition, invitations for events organised in the course of current year of the competition or for payment of prize money, if any, and for sending messages or for telephone contact containing further information of the Administrator and other similar information to the contact data mentioned in the website form.

The Administrator shall process the above-mentioned personal data only for the necessary period of time needed for fulfilment of the purpose, maximum, however, for 24 months.

To process the personal data in question the Administrator uses services of other processors the list of which can be found on the Administrator´s website www.ytong.cz/zpracovatele. The personal data are processed in relation with outsourcing of some activities of the Administrator within the commercial group/ the concern Xella in other EU/EEA countries.

The website visitor acknowledges that he/she is entitled to make a claim to the Administrator concerning (i) the access to personal data, (ii) correction of inaccurate or untrue personal data, (iii) explanation in case of a suspicion that the processing of personal data may endanger protection of his/her personal and private life, or the personal data are processed in conflict with legal regulations, (iv) remedy of the situation that is in conflict with legal regulations, namely by discontinuation of disposal with his/her personal data, correction, completion or removal thereof, (v) addressing the Office for Personal Data Protection, (vi) erasing of the personal data if they are not needed for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed anymore, and/or if it is found out that they were processed without authorisation, (vii) restriction of the personal data processing. Since the effective day of the GDPR, the latest, i.e. since 25.5.2018, also (viii) the right to transferability of the data, and (ix) the right to raise an objection based on which the processing of his/her personal data will be terminated unless it is proven that there are serious reasons for the processing prevailing over the interests or rights and freedoms of the website visitor, namely if the reason is legal claims enforcement.

The website visitor grants his/her consent for marketing purposes, namely for repeated addressing of the participant in the course of the student competition in order to provide information concerning the student competition, invitations for events organised in the course of the current year of the competition or for payment of prize money, if any, and for sending messages or for telephone contact containing further information of the Administrator and other similar information to the contact data mentioned in the website form.

The Administrator shall process the personal data of the website visitor as filled-out in this website form exclusively for the above-mention purpose. The Administrator shall process the above-mentioned personal data only for the time necessary for fulfilment of the purpose, maximum, however, for 10 years or until the consent is withheld.
